Important info. for this year's camp: Registration, pick-up and drop off

Registration for all residents AND commuters has moved to Emerson Dorm. This is in the Southwest Residential Area in the southwest corner of campus. Registration will take place on Sunday, June 27, from 12:00 to 1:00pm. This will take place at the Emerson Dorm (Not Boyden Pool). The first swim/lecture session will start at the conclusion of registration and the regular pick up times and locations will be used for commuters. No lunch will be served on Sunday, June 27. The first meal is dinner for residents. Directions to and a detailed map of the University can be found on this website, under 'Directions'. Please allow ample time for registration.

Registration for ALL campers (commuters AND residents) will take place at the Emerson dorm. Parking will be available in Lot 33, which is across University Drive from Emerson Dorm, and Southwest Circle if available. If you are arriving late, due to a meet, etc., call the swim office so we can arrange your check in. Room keys will be given during registration. A $50.00 key deposit in the form of a check will be collected at that time. These checks will be returned during dorm check out with the successful return of the room key. These checks will not be deposited unless the key is lost. DO NOT SEND THE KEY DEPOSIT TO US. Please make checks payable to Championship Swimming Camp.

All campers (commuters and residents) will be issued a meal card at registration. These must be presented to gain access to the dining room. Cards are only good for the duration of the camp and MUST BE RETURNED upon the conclusion of camp.

COMMUTERS (Stroke Camp) —DAILY PICK UP AND DROP OFF: Commuter pick up and drop off each day will be outside the Boyden Building on the north side near the large parking lot. Drop off time is by 8:30 am and pick up time is 5:00 pm.
COMMUTERS (Training Camp) —DAILY PICK UP AND DROP OFF: Commuter pick up and drop off each day will be outside the Totman Building in Lot 43. Drop off time is by 8:00 am and pick up time is 5:00 pm.

Closing Ceremonies are on Thursday, July 1 at approximately 11:45 am outside the Boyden Pool (inside the pool due to inclement weather). It should last only 15 minutes and parents are welcome to attend.

Commuter campers are excused at the conclusion of the Closing Ceremonies. Resident campers will be taken back to the dorm with the counselors for checkout.
